If you use the contact form, I receive the name, email address and message you provide. I use this information only to review and respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to continue the correspondence you requested.
Depending on the nature of your enquiry, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where processing is necessary for steps requested before entering into a contract, or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for my legitimate interest in responding to general enquiries addressed to me.
3. Web3Forms
The contact form is processed by Web3Forms. According to Web3Forms, the website owner remains the data controller for form submissions and Web3Creative acts as a data processor. Web3Forms states that submission data can be processed through infrastructure providers including AWS, Cloudflare and Hetzner, and that international transfers are protected using appropriate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.
Web3Forms states that form submission data is retained for a maximum of three years, unless a shorter period applies to the plan or the data is deleted earlier. More information is available in the Web3Forms Privacy Policy.
4. Retention by me
I keep correspondence only for as long as it is reasonably necessary to answer the enquiry, handle any requested follow-up, or meet applicable legal obligations. When the correspondence is no longer required for those purposes, it may be deleted.
5. Technical server data
When you visit the website, the hosting infrastructure may process technical information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as IP address, request time, requested resource, browser information and security-related log data. This processing is based on the legitimate interest in providing a secure and reliable website.
